Expansion of KAMP in connection with the update of the Planning Act

Danmarks Miljøportal is a supplier of the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's project to further develop the functionality of KAMP to support a proposal on the Planning Act's rules on climate adaptation. The new functionality requires an update to KAMP to support the new functionality. We expect the launch of the system in continuation of the entry into force of the bill. After the launch of the new KAMP version, both versions will run in parallel until the old version is shut down.

What is KAMP?

KAMP is the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's system, which is operated by Danmarks Miljøportal.

The overall goal of the tool is to provide a basic tool for climate adaptation that can support the municipalities' planning work by providing the individual employee with a comprehensive overview (at screening level) of both area data (buildings, nature, protected areas, planning areas, lowland areas, etc.) and impact data (including bluespot maps, sea level rises, near-ground groundwater, etc.) without prior knowledge of models and advanced GIS.
